I've been making too many mistakes of buying items just because they were on sale.... They took up space and were a waste of time/ money. I was reminded over and over, "discount is cheap, but not buying, is cheaper." I have to save up money from buying mediocre clothes, to purchase one timeless piece. Therefore I am creating this list to remind me what I am really searching for at this moment.
I am still open to buying things that are outside the list ; However, I won't settle on "it's cute" or "It can work." I only buy it because it's gorgeous.

1. a pair of fitted black boots (knee height or over the knee height) 一雙合腿的黑色長靴 (及膝或過膝)
heels below 3 inches. easy to walk on. brands to look into: Cole Haan, Indigo by Clarks, Corso Como, Vince Camuto
2. a pair of fitted trousers 一條合身窄統的西裝褲
Places to look: Ann Taylor, Zara, Banana Republic, Gap
3. a statement necklace 一條亮眼, 稍粗的項鍊
4. a fitted black crop blazer 一件合身的黑色西裝短外套
5. a fitted classic trench coat 一件合身的風衣 I am waiting BR to have their petite classic trench coming out in neutral kahki color (a grey-ish color, which they have in regular size, but not in petite)
